Our in-house dental lab: Titanium Arts Dental Studio
Crowns, veneers and implant teeth for our patients are designed and made on the same floor as the clinic, at Titanium Arts Dental Studio (TADS), our in-house digital lab.
Why an in-house lab matters to you
- Fewer visits. A crown can often be scanned, milled and fitted on the same day, instead of waiting a week for an outside lab.
- A better fit. Your doctor checks the crown's design on screen against your scan before it is milled.
- Changes on the spot. If a shade or shape needs adjusting, it is done in the clinic, not sent away again.
How a crown is made here
- Your tooth is scanned with an intraoral 3D scanner (Medit i900, Medit i500 or Upcera). No impression trays.
- The crown is designed in exocad and checked against your bite.
- It is milled from zirconia or E-max and finished to match your teeth.
- It is fitted and checked, often on the same day for a single crown.

What our lab makes
E-max crowns and glass-ceramic veneers
Milled on an Upcera wet mill. E-max crowns from ₹10,000 per tooth; veneers from ₹10,000 per tooth.
Teeth on implants
Titanium parts for implant teeth milled on a Kelkar wet mill, so the crown, bridge or full-arch teeth fit the implant exactly.
Surgical guides
3D-printed guides that carry the implant plan from the CBCT scan to the mouth.
Temporaries and trial smiles
PMMA temporary teeth, mock-ups and study models, printed or milled in-house.
